clickjoin.com User Acceptance Agreement

1. By subscribing with clickjoin.com the subscriber (user), employees of the subscriber, and it's owners hereby agree to the following terms.

2. All software, graphics, functionality, and source code are the sole property of clickjoin.com and are proprietary are not to be copied, reproduced, distributed, or altered in any way without the prior written approval of clickjoin.com.  The user only has the right to subscribe to and use this software on terms agreed to by clickjoin.com and the user at the time of the signup completion.

3. Any contributions made to clickjoin.com are non-refundable and greatly appreciated.  Any agreement for any payment by the subscriber to clickjoin.com is to be honored as per the terms of the agreement and paid in full.  No refunds will be allowed once payment is made.  By payment of the amount agreed upon the user has rights to use this software and website for only the company registered with clickjoin.com.  Any additional companies are to register their individual subscription.

3. Pornographic and hate material are strictly prohibited.  No user shall use clickjoin.com to distribute, market, advertise, or any other activity involving pornographic material or hate material.  clickjoin.com will at it's own discretion determine the nature of the material on it's web site.  If any material is deemed illegal it will immediately be brought to the attention of law enforcement agencies.

4. clickjoin.com will make sure the data entered into the users subscription and will not redistribute this information to any other person except where required to do so by law or subpoenaed by a court order.  Even though clickjoin.com will secure it's users information as well as it is able, it does not guarantee that security due to the nature of the internet and the continued

4. clickjoin.com reserves the right to deny subscription to anyone.
